Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o.

About the Role

  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to English-speaking patients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • To make inbound and outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers to schedule appointments for medical tests, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To work closely with clients' medical software to access patient information and update records as necessary.
  • To advise patients on suitable treatment options based on their individual needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellent English language proficiency (C1/C2/native level) is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 120 hours per month, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility are crucial in maintaining accurate records and providing top-notch service.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and a willingness to learn new technologies are required.
  • Bonus points if you have some knowledge of medical testing procedures

  • A contract-based agreement with competitive hourly rates (33.79 PLN/hour gross for students and 36.94 PLN/hour gross for contract holders with Social Security).
