Job Overview

The Senior Sales Manager for Public Sector is a dynamic position based in Warsaw, Poland. As part of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team, you will work to identify opportunities and drive the sales of consulting projects focused around data to public institutions and governments in the CEE region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the sales of consulting projects centered around data to various types of public institutions and governments.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the CEE region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  3. Collaborate with the Government Engagement and Government Solutions team to build and manage the sales pipeline across the industry.
  4. Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard and meet client needs and expectations.
  5. Collaborate with the Data Science team to ensure the effective use of data in all projects.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting services and establishing us as leaders in the field.

About You

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of strategic consulting, and a strong background in the public sector.

This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate time between remote and office work.
