Job Overview
The Senior Sales Manager for Public Sector is a dynamic position based in Warsaw, Poland. As part of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team, you will work to identify opportunities and drive the sales of consulting projects focused around data to public institutions and governments in the CEE region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales of consulting projects centered around data to various types of public institutions and governments.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the CEE region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the Government Engagement and Government Solutions team to build and manage the sales pipeline across the industry.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard and meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to ensure the effective use of data in all projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting services and establishing us as leaders in the field.
About You
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of strategic consulting, and a strong background in the public sector.
This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate time between remote and office work.
