Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, as well as planning and executing sales activities and strategies for the Polish territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market penetration and grow order intake.
  • Review customer technical and commercial RFQs to determine technical solutions and support proposals teams.
  • Lead negotiations of technical/commercial proposals with customers and secure order awards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in a service environment of the Renewables, Oil & Gas, Refinery or Chemical industry.
  • A high level of flexibility, excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
