About the Job

We are looking for a talented Team Lead to join our Customer Service Team in Warsaw. As a key member of our Medical Devices Division, you will be responsible for managing our great Customer Service Team and facilitating customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate Sales fulfillment and coordinate processes with business partners, logistics service providers, supply chain functions, and shared services.
  • Handle all customer service activities for your own customer portfolio.
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Coach and develop a strong team, foster strong working relationships with other departments.
  • Responsible for organizing and processing master data maintenance.
