About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in EMEA. This role will involve planning, setting up, and optimizing digital marketing programs across various channels, including upstream and downstream customer-facing engagement.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from a digital agency and/or a global/international company in Pharma or Medtech. A master's degree in interactive digital marketing/communication/media or a related field is required.


A strong understanding of target audiences, behavior, and habits is essential, as well as the ability to interpret market research and translate it into actionable tactics. Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis is also necessary.


This role requires excellent project management and quantitative skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks from beginning to end. Strong analytical skills in data management and reporting software/platforms, such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Acoustic, are also required.



Responsibilities

  • Plan, set-up, and optimize digital marketing programs, including all aspects of upstream and downstream customer-facing engagement.
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and act upon advertising opportunities for driving better business results.
  • Coordinate with internal clients and our creative, production, and CRM teams.
  • Ongoing reporting to stakeholders on the performance from executed programs and assessing against both strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends/insights and continuously optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Develops digital awareness for broader teams by providing information, educational, and experiential growth opportunities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a digital agency and/or from a global/international company in Pharma or Medtech.
  • Hold a master's degree in interactive digital marketing/communication/media or a related field.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Possess a strong passion for digital solutions, with high creativity in identifying target audiences and devising digital programs that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret market research, secondary analysis, and translate into actionable tactics.
  • Excellent project management and quantitative skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in data management and reporting software/platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of ad serving/management tools.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to develop and track metrics and effectively communicate progress and results.
  • Financial planning, strategy, and budget optimization acumen.


Salary Range

We offer an attractive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
