About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TOMRA. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on our reverse vending machines.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal downtime for our customers.

You will work closely with our technical support team to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVM systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Service and Installation: Install, assemble, and disassemble RVM systems, optimizing their performance and functionality.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Tech Education: A degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience in the service sector, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: You possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
