We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team in TN Poland. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success through technical expertise and solution-based sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with Sales Representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Developing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our software solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of related experience and 3 years of software pre-sales experience.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Call Center Experience, Customer Service software, Employee Experience, ITSM, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree a plus.
