Job Description
  • Manage and nurture relationships with 50+ key accounts - international department stores, fashion boutiques and marketplaces ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and long-term business growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer service or logistics, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or retail industries
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret and present data
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
