Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the crypto market.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities;
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences;

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting targets;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and industry trends;
  • English language proficiency is mandatory;

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in a startup, tech company, or consultancy firm;
  • A passion for crypto and Web3 technology;
