Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer to join our Intelligent Operations team. As a key member of our platform governance team, you will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable productivity by enabling scalability and long-term adoption of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Deliver Upgrade- and Release Management
  • Continuously raise the Platform's maturity level through the relentless pursuit of automation
  • Deploy product improvements and new capabilities to support customers' roadmaps
  • Integrations factory to drive productivity improvements through system integrations
  • Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the ServiceNow Platform
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality standards and metrics
  • Regularly audit data to ensure compliance with these standards
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize reporting tools to supervise data quality metrics and generate insights for stakeholders
  • User Experience & Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback on processes and data quality, leading to iterative improvements
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Agile operations and data quality management to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools
  • IT Operations: ITIL Basic or Intermediate (ITIL Certification will be a plus)
  • Vendor Management: Ability to work well in an outsourced environment with a competent technical team to bring transformations and key projects to life
  • Technical mastery: Must have a technical background, preferably in cloud/platform solutions and integrations, with a proven ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and a desire to try technology hands-on
  • Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the area of workflow management products
