We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o.
The estimated salary for this position is around 45,000 PLN per month (gross) in Warsaw, Poland.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients on our company's platforms and products.
This includes contacting clients via different channels, such as phone, email, online chat, and social media, to solve their problems in line with company policy.
You will also be responsible for reporting and auditing client profiles.
We are looking for someone with a strong ability to deal with complaints and a customer-oriented mindset.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1) both written and oral
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch, German, French, Italian or Spanish
- Customer orientation and ability to deal with complaints
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
