About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Associate to join our Corporate Functions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export data from various systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Business Risk Units and Risk Advisors.
  • Run complex Excel formulas to provide and execute change requests on internal reporting enhancements, develop charts and graphs for internal reporting and monitoring.
  • Support the preparation of ad-hoc dashboards, gather data, calculate metrics, and develop formulas in Excel for reporting enhancements.
  • Assist the team in creating various reporting, Operations BAU, and ad-hoc activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services, operations, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, legal, accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work under deadlines, and liaise across teams and business units.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
