Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate site events, executive visits, and vendor screenings to ensure seamless execution and minimize disruptions.
  • Support real estate and workplace experience (WX) initiatives to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and inventory to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist with facility support, parking management, and event coordination to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and use office technologies, including badging, Envoy, Zoom, Coda, and Ticketing system, to stay productive and efficient.
  • Maintain cleanliness and continuously improve the office environment to promote a healthy and comfortable workspace.
  • Oversee guest check-in/check-out and monitor office spaces for maintenance needs to ensure a welcoming and functional space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to last-minute changes to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace to drive business success.
