Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Poland.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English and Polish communication skills.

This role involves managing a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies, managing timelines, expectations and owning communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and program satisfaction for Selling Partners.
  • Analyze complex data sets using Microsoft Excel to produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Leverage Amazon knowledge to consult Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact.
  • Provide operational troubleshooting and support to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through close collaboration and delivering results.
