Job Description:

As a Product Line Controller at ZF Group, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data related to our product lines. Your primary duties will include:

  • Downloading and analyzing monthly SAP reports to identify trends and optimize financial performance
  • Preparing and filling planning files and presentations for operative and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Developing and optimizing templates, charts, and process documentation to support financial analysis and decision-making
  • Verifying accounts, initiating manual invoicing, and performing other manual postings to ensure accurate financial records
  • Participating in special projects, such as SAP implementation, to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Providing R&D Controlling support, including analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting, to inform business decisions
  • Managing headcount reporting, approval, and tracking to ensure accurate personnel records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, preferably with prior financial experience
  • 3-5 years of financial background in accounting, controlling, financial analysis, or reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP, especially FI, CO, and BW modules
  • Fluent English language skills, with analytical and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a matrix organization
  • Nice to have: Power BI knowledge, process optimization experience, IFRS and FMS know-how, and German language skills
