About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to lead our Sport Account business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable market share growth in the Sport Account channel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize and optimize market share with respective customers
  • Support long-term strategic planning for respective Football Sport accounts by determining sales, gross-profit plans, and implementing business and digital strategies
  • Analyze consumer demand, category trends, and competitor assortment on account platforms and identify gaps to drive sell-through across all customer touchpoints
  • Optimize individual accounts' profitability results and work with Digital Managers to implement key digital acceleration initiatives
  • Monitor and track performance of Sport Accounts while anticipating and proactively managing trends and changes in performance
  • Provide input to monthly sales forecast processes (IBP) for respective accounts on category level
  • Take responsibility for analyzing Sport accounts to spot trends, resolve problems, and correct procedural errors
