About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Lead for New Solutions to drive the execution of local market strategies, adapting global initiatives to local needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join ConvaTec Group's team and contribute to the company's mission to improve the lives we touch.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive market development and strategy execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape account segmentation, targeting, and pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at scientific events and conferences, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated with all activities and opportunities, maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree required, preferably in life sciences, medicine, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in commercial roles, focusing on pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medtech, with a proven track record of engaging with KOLs and senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the therapeutic area, strong knowledge of market dynamics, and reimbursement processes.
