Key Responsibilities

As a Cardiovascular Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and market potential for future CVD assets in Poland. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with global strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic commercial perspectives are integrated into business decisions.

You will lead strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on commercial opportunities and build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders to support market access and commercial success.

  • You will take commercial responsibility for the CV therapy area, including advising on critical roadmap and strategic direction in Poland.
  • You will build capabilities and intelligence on market potential in the cardiovascular space and general trends in the field.
  • You will develop the go-to-market strategy for new medicines according to Global Strategy and in cooperation with x-functional teams.
  • You will support collaboration efforts within the Polish Affiliate to ensure cross-functional and organizational alignment and coordination of in-market efforts.
  • You will monitor market developments (commercial, medical, market access etc.), provide input for business analytics, and identify opportunities to support the success of future cardiovascular products at Novo Nordisk.
