Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe & Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating existing accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth for one of 3M's fastest growing businesses
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our range of Glass Bubbles
  • Buid and maintain relationships with existing accounts to maximize future growth potential
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, opportunities, and risks within the target market sectors
  • Maintain the highest level of business compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the high-tech product sector
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy
  • Background in specification-driven selling within a highly technical, materials science business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to their full potential, with a preference for experience in Salesforce.com
  • Technical/Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar materials science qualification
