Your Accountabilities
  1. Drive sales growth by taking actions on sales-related topics in the sales area
  2. Manage and grow the customer platform to enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential, and increase share-of-wallet
  3. Foster Omnichannel sales steering by actively distributing contacts to alternative channels
  4. Promote application-based selling and focus on high-potential customers for individual visits; prepare, plan, and post work of customer visits
  5. Position Berner as a premium brand, leader in chemicals, and reliable business consultant
  6. Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate terms & conditions, and manage margin
  7. Ensure data quality in systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) and adhere to tour plan/contact scheme
  8. Analyze and influence sales area KPIs - first and foremost, sales/turnover across all channels
  9. Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and ensure delivery of sales targets/budgets
