About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in TN Poland.

The SDR role involves managing leads through the sales pipeline by actively reaching out through phone calls and emails in order to generate interest for our products, converting the prospects to qualified opportunities before handing over to the sales or business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  2. Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
  3. Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales).
  2. Proficiency in CRM software.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
