About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Fintech startup in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion across Poland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new clients and business partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet market needs and customer expectations.
  • Motivate and collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the game.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail space.
  • Fluency in Polish and English for effective team communication.
  • A strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and motivate others.
  • High motivation, independence, and a willingness to take on challenges.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is PLN 10,000 per month, plus a performance-based commission structure. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the position.
