We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join their young, ambitious team.
The Role
- Customer Search: Handle warm leads and initiate contact with cold leads (30%).
- Cold Emailing: Engage potential clients through effective email communication.
- CRM Management: Enter and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Client Management: Provide consultation, assistance, and management at each stage of the client relationship.
Ideal Profile
- Experience: Proven success in B2B sales; experience in Fintech or Blockchain is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Enjoys interacting with people, persuasive, and capable of conveying opinions clearly.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) and fluent in either Ukrainian or Russian.
- Technical Skills: Confident with computer applications, including browser, Word, and Excel.
