Job Title: Recruitment Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and placement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track, assess, and improve recruitment metrics and strategies
  • Manage and optimize sourcing strategies across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Report on recruitment metrics and trends to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, particularly in the BPO industry
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Fluency in German & Polish languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
