About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader for Customer Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team responsible for day-to-day order management, dispute and query handling, reporting, and proactive communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results that make a significant contribution to GSS strategy
  • Drive and deliver on the people agenda
  • Develop operational plans and set day-to-day team objectives
  • Ensure the optimal composition and motivation of the team
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and all relevant stakeholders in Arla Foods and third parties
  • Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards, and group compliance policies
  • Initiate and implement improvements in ways of working within the team and your own area of responsibility
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record within change management and transformation projects
  • BA or MA in management, finance, accounting, or similar
  • Customer Service process understanding
  • Proficient in English
