Customer Service Team Leader

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Customer Service Team Leader for our client, a prominent player in the non-food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, focusing on order processing and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to drive excellence in service delivery.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a cohesive service experience.
  • Ensure the team delivers a high level of customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Analyze performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance quality and productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report to management and recommend improvements to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • At least 2 years of relevant people management experience.
  • Experience in building a team from scratch is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage a team through ongoing monitoring, report creation, and analysis.
  • Availability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in the Gdańsk office.
