Customer Service Representative

The Associate Client Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Broadridge clients. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day service to multiple and/or complex Broadridge clients.
- Work with multiple teams to track and resolve client issues and related tasks.
- Act as the day-to-day contact between the client team and the Broadridge team.
- Lead client training and product overview discussions for all Global Market Intelligence related products.
- Inform clients of upcoming system releases and keep them informed about new functionalities, enhancements, and services.
- Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of Broadridge product suite and services offered.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and conduct training sessions for clients on new features and system updates.
- Regularly collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database and utilize Jira to track and manage daily client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time.
- Knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of business goals and solid business acumen.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
