We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Poland at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results.

About the Role:
  • To have P&L responsibility for the business unit, lead the daily activities of ASSA ABLOY Commercial HW Poland with a focus on sales and organic growth, and establish and execute growth plans for the market
  • To develop the channel strategy in Poland, establish a vertical sales organization with end user focus, drive SKU reduction/optimization within the region, and drive the pricing strategy in line with the EMEA methodology
  • To manage Product Management within the region, ensure that EBIT, cash flow, and other KPIs are managed properly, and develop the skills and competence of the management team in Poland so that there is a good succession plan of the business
About You:
  • A bachelor's degree in business management; MBA or master's degree a plus, with a minimum of 15 years broad-based commercial experience and at least 5 years' experience in a senior sales or business development leadership role
  • Specific proven experience in growing businesses in Poland, experience in operating a large network of distributors, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Must be able to instil confidence in the business leadership team, have highest level of Business Ethics, excellent communication and presentation skills, and be an effective, value-added contributor outside of functional areas
  • Prepared to travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside of it, native Polish speaker and excellent English
