Your Role

As a vital member of the Growth team at CodiLime, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients and key decision-makers within their organizations.
  • Generating new leads, managing existing leads, and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls for the Sales team.
  • Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing leadership to ensure a robust pipeline and effective campaign outcomes.

Given our global client base, you may need to participate in calls outside of standard business hours.

Are You a Good Fit?

To excel as a Business Development Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a comparable role or in sales and customer service.
  • Proven experience in lead generation.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on targets.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
  • Exceptional communication abilities.

In addition to the above criteria, the following attributes would be advantageous:

  • Experience within the IT sector, particularly in software engineering and computer networking.
