We are excited to announce the opening of a new IT Service Delivery Associate position at Wipro Technologies As an IT Service Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, and maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITIL framework and ITSM tools, as well as experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level IT support for multiple customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in our IT Service Management tool.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, meeting the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Dutch language at B2 level and English language at B2 level.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
