Job Title: Customer Support Excellence Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Excellence Specialist to join our global support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our customers, resolving technical and functional problems, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Cornerstone's solutions and provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve technical and functional issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the knowledge management team to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with Cornerstone's products and services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer support, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
