Business Development Representative for Food Retail Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with food retailers, cafes, and restaurants to introduce our platform and drive business growth.

About Too Good To Go Sp. z o.o.:

Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation with a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. Our marketplace app connects businesses that have unsold surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with food retailers, cafes, and restaurants in the Tri-City area (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot)
  • Become knowledgeable about the Too Good To Go platform and its benefits to effectively communicate with potential partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner locations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Too Good To Go community
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2), with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Ambition to contribute to a social impact organization and reduce food waste in Poland

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 PLN per month, depending on experience
