About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join its Mergers and Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions department in Krakow, Poland.

The successful candidate will provide support to the practice's Project Managers based in Canada, assisting with insurance due diligence enquiries, compiling findings, and writing reports. Additionally, the role will involve supporting the team in the execution of post-close insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile diligence reports and provide support to Project Managers
  • Conduct research and summarise information from electronic data rooms
  • Review insurance policies and summarise current arrangements
  • Collate risk profile data from multiple sources
  • Generate graphical representations of data
  • Coordinate internal Aon resources and assist in the management of post-close programs

Requirements

  • University-level education
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in French language (B2 or higher)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in KYC, research analysis, or Due Diligence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of MS Applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
