The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Manage sales performance, including setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales industry.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, data analysis skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
