About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Identity Governance Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving customer success by providing exceptional customer advisory, adoption recommendations, and opportunities for increased service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, fostering trust and delivering personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to craft compelling sales strategies and drive successful launches.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND EXECUTIVE SPONSORS TO DRIVE PRODUCT ADOPTION AND ENSURE THEY ACHIEVE FULL BUSINESS VALUE.
  • PARTNER WITH INTERNAL SAVIYNT TEAMS TO ALIGN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT ACTIVITIES WITH THE CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS CASE AND STRATEGY.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • BRINGS PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM), WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN CYBERSECURITY AND/OR COMPLIANCE.
  • HAS HANDS-ON KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) AND SECURITY SPACE.
  • IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH.
  • HAS CONSULTING EXPERIENCE FROM EITHER A LARGE/STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY OR INTERNAL CORPORATE CONSULTING FUNCTION.
  • HAS A CAN-DO ATTITUDE, BEING PROACTIVE, AND WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 20%.
