Job Summary

The Strategic Accounts Director will be responsible for representing TN Poland in front of our clients, understanding their needs, and identifying business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to increase customer engagement and retention rates.
  2. Represent TN Poland at client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Maintain and update reporting systems, run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, participate in team meetings, and share customer experiences.
  4. Report on all projects monthly, advising status and likely timing of order placement.
  5. Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, and detailed job lists.

Requirements

  • University degree (Engineering preferred, but not required).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Good knowledge of norms and contractual regulation issues.
  • Previous exposure running sales in the Polish market.
  • Knowledge about the Polish Data Center market (preferred, but not required).
  • 3-5 years of experience.
