Customer Satisfaction Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer satisfaction strategy to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in management after sales and service.
  • Experience in service network management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
