Job Title: Business Development Executive for Dry Coolers

At Kelvion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth sales strategies in Eastern Europe, focusing on the dry coolers market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue in Eastern Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams to execute integrated sales campaigns.
  • Work with consultants to specify projects and ensure accurate forecasting of order intake and growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and support to distributors and integrators to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
  • Generate leads and interests, observe market and competition, and screen EE markets and trends related to dry cooler business.
Requirements:
  • Several years (5-7) of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, with experience in HVAC market a plus.
  • Fluent communication in English, with knowledge of other Eastern European languages an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B environment, working with distributors, integrators, and Kas.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, self-starter, and good communication skills.
  • High flexibility and resiliency, with a readiness to travel (40-60% of working time).
