This role is crucial in ensuring that incoming projects are appropriately assigned to the right team members based on their skills, availability, and workload.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in monitoring the status of assigned projects, identifying bottlenecks or delays, and taking proactive measures to address them. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that high-priority projects are promptly assigned and addressed while maintaining a balanced workload for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming projects and assess their requirements.
- Determine the appropriate team members to handle each project based on their expertise and availability.
- Allocate projects to team members within JIRA and resource management tools.
- Schedule meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and potential issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to prioritize incoming projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
