Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews or phone screens, arranging travel, and handling expense reimbursements.
  • Facilitate all onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, including greetings, breaks, lunches, and escorts.
  • Act as an ambassador for our organization, guaranteeing that onsite interview candidates have an exceptional experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the interview process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communicate professionally at all times, representing our organization's best interests to candidates.
  • Manage recruiting and human resources data in our system, handling confidential candidate information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related administrative function.
  • Possess a positive attitude, excellent follow-through on issues, and strong communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes, address issues, and solve problems.

Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
