Job DescriptionAs a Future Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with key market retailers, such as Rossmann and Auchan, and working collaboratively with the customer team to prepare business plans and negotiate with external partners.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements will be critical to your success in this role.
- You will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, negotiate deals, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- This role requires excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong initiative, problem-solving, and advanced language skills in Polish and English.
- A positive attitude towards challenges and changes, as well as good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills, gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, or other relevant experiences.
- A valid driver's license (active driver) is also required.
