We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Future Key Account Manager Program, where you will embark on an exceptional career journey with Procter & Gamble.

About the Program:

  • You will gain hands-on experience in sales, including influencing in-store promotions, executions, and visibility, while developing priceless retail experience for your future.
  • You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee, responsible for a category or customer, and plan and develop business strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with key market retailers, such as Rossmann and Auchan, to understand customers' needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions.
  2. Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.
  3. Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field, with strong initiative, problem-solving, and language skills in Polish and English.
  • A valid driver's license (active driver).
