Job Summary

This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and problem resolution. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day T&E workload, ensuring timely payments are made for T&E cards and Purchasing cards. Daily contact with Concur personnel, employees, and managers will be required to process expense reporting, payments, and resolve issues. The position also serves as a backup to the Accounts Payable Specialist when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and perform the duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Review and approve Citi EMEA and US P-Card requests.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations, including design, development, testing, and change management.
  • Provide daily statistics regarding outstanding workload.
  • Handle all Citi T&E requests, assign trainings, review for completion, and approve applications.
  • Perform Concur Detect Auditing.
  • Resolve all Concur inquiries, including profile issues, expense report inquiries, approval issues, and more.
  • Maintain and revise Concur/Citi policy updates.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of audit requests, including review for reasonableness and addressing audit inquiries.
  • Distribute delinquency report email notifications and handle inquiries, statement downloads, and reviews.
  • Process weekly Citi payment reviews and approvals, monthly Citi CTA, ghost, and P-Card statements.
  • Conduct monthly EMEA P-Card statement reviews.
  • Manage posting failed inquiries and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Process separated employees in the Concur system.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to assist the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-starting, and self-motivating.
  • Take initiative to learn, improve, or enhance current operations.
  • Manage upward when appropriate to resolve problems or improve processes.
  • Communicate internally and externally with diplomacy and tact.
  • Experience providing guidance or coaching to others.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize daily competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of common MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
  • Able to handle sensitive or confidential information.
  • Fluent in English, Italian, German, French, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish.
