Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Lodz Plastics, specializes in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for the Cosmetic Mass Market for global and local Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve Albéa's budget and ambition for the given portfolio.
  • Improve customer experience and satisfaction by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, priorities, and strategies.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure efficient governance and internal alignment.
  • Identify and capture new growth opportunities by promoting Albéa's products and services.
  • Lead the RFQ/bid process and build business cases for complex projects.
  • Manage crisis situations and ensure effective communication and action plans are in place.

Accountability and KPIs

  • Guarantee profitable growth of the business, volume, and turnover with the customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the right level of service.
  • Maintain and improve Albea's key performance factors, such as profit, working capital, and overdue.
  • Improve Albea's reputation through effective communication and appropriate offers to implicit and explicit needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and negotiation in crisis management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales in a manufacturing environment with complex negotiations and multiple dimensions.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and Brand DNA.
  • Experience in an international context, working with different cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to go from complex problems to actionable solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
