About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled End-User Support Engineer to join our team at EPAM Katowice. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees regarding IT requests and incidents
  • Collaborate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain and update assets inventory to ensure accurate tracking and management
  • Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of communication rooms and IT equipment
  • Install and maintain IT equipment in the office, including network, printing, and conference equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients through face-to-face or remote support via MS Teams
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees and other teams to promote good IT practices

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of basic asset management principles (ITIL or similar ITSM tools)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft EntraID (Azure-AD)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) and asset management applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • User-friendly attitude with a willingness to help employees resolve daily IT issues
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a multi-level organization
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new challenges
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
