About the Job:- Managing, resolving, and posting updates for courses, labs, and learning assets in discussion forums.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the product and drive high-quality production.
- Proficiency in Spanish language on at least C1 level and English on at least B2 level.
- Relevant education (min. BA).
- Ability to work from the office in Gdańsk.
- Nice to have: 1 year experience - preferably in technology support in Voice, chat, and email support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project/training coordination.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences, and be an effective communicator.
