TN Poland is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Inside Sales Team as an Account Growth Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory or account list, working closely with our External Account Managers to effectively engage the market and increase revenues within your region/accounts.

You will identify incremental revenues within new customer opportunities, maintain and increase revenues within existing accounts, and collaborate with channel partners to achieve sales goals.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proven sales track record within the IT industry is highly desirable.
