About the Role

This Hybrid Customer Service Representative position involves interacting with German-speaking customers, processing inquiries, and providing detailed responses to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily interaction with German-speaking customers via phone calls and emails
  • Processing customer inquiries and providing informative responses
  • Evaluating the validity of complaint inquiries
