Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at VISION WARSAW SP. Z O.O.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients via phone and email to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage guests' reservations efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks across all VISIONAPARTMENTS locations.
  • Work with the VMS system after completing training.
  • SUPervise cameras in our locations during night shifts and take necessary actions when required.
Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level), with any additional language being an asset, particularly German or French.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy, reliability, responsibility, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 60-80 hours per month.

Working Hours

We offer flexible scheduling options:

  • Night shift: working hours on previously arranged days between 11 PM and 7 AM during weekdays and 11 PM and 9 AM on weekends.
  • Evening shift: working hours on previously arranged days between 5 PM and 10-11 PM during weekdays and 9 AM and 11 PM on weekends.
Estimated Salary

Roughly €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
