About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled customer service expert to join our team in Poland. As a customer service expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in Romanian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and emails in Romanian
- Informing customers about available products and services
- Providing product advisory and assistance
- Handling customer complaints and returns
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Romanian language at C1 level or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
